BattleBoxes™ are rigid plastic boxes with tamper proof integral lids that are sealed with unique identification tags.Boxes are only identified by barcode and the Clients unique account code. Boxes are stored in our Secure Deed Centre.

  • A box can be recalled 24hrs/365 days a year.
  • Orders for retrievals will only be accepted from authorised contacts within the Company and are requested in written form.
  • Express orders are taken initially verbally but have to be confirmed in writing.
  • Individual instructions are placed on the delivery notes and have to be signed for by authorised company officers.
  • The Secure Deed Centre conforms to BS4783 standard with air conditioning, temperature & humidity control and air sampling equipment. 
  • Fire protection is by automatic inert gas throughout. Access to the Centre is through a controlled entrance.
  • Security is enhanced by 24 hour monitored CCTV, monitoring movements within the sight.
  • All employees are vetted to BSIA standards.
  • All visitors are vetted and given security passes.
  • Written authorisation and identification is necessary for site entrance.
  • The site receives a bi-annual quality and environmental audit. If as a result of a biannual inspection improvements are recommended an action plan is prepared and implemented.
