Archival Record Management Plc uses O'Neil RS SQL information management system. This program is the very latest information technology for the document storage industry developed by O’Neil International. This provides us with the flexibility to cater for a wide range of client requirements whilst still allowing for developments to meet the records management demands of the future.
All data entering the storage facility are entered onto the RS SQL inventory management system in the format specified by yourselves, the data will then be located in the next available space allocated to your company. The data will then be scanned within their relevant locations and the system updated to this effect.
From the time a barcode is assigned the system will begin to track its activity in relation to the following:
· Requested for delivery / collection.
· Picked for delivery.
· Delivery / collection confirmation.
· Received to storage facility.
· Confirmed to storage location.
All activities carried out on your account must be confirmed. At each step of the way, the RS SQL system will prompt the operators ensuring that no actions taken in respect of your inventory remain unconfirmed.

Because of the audit trail that the system creates with each movement - we always know the whereabouts of that box. In our warehouse, in transit or at a colleague's desk the information is instantly at hand, ensuring that we can retrieve that file at any time.
