O'Neil Software - R S Web

A R M plc uses O'Neil  Record Management software with Internet Access. This allows our Cleint's to access their account remotely. Password controlled, to ensure that only you can    gain access to your account, the software lets you manage your data and control the account as you see fit.

 

The RS SQL system also supports the latest development from O’Neil International. This is The RS WEB on-line access system, designed to create a closer working relationship between the storage provider and the customer.

This development allows you to access the information you need, when you need it. RS WEB provides complete web access, allows you to set up and host your own web server with an easy to use interface.

 

This will enable you, from your existing web browser, to complete key functions:

· Print reports from your desktop
· Update descriptions
· Add/update retention details
· Schedule services
· Check status of services requests
· Complete lookups

This access puts you in control and allows you to complete tasks according to your schedule rather than the record centre. The audit trail is a highly visible history, allowing you to track wherever your data is at any time within its lifecycle.
